Where does this data come from?
From sessions recorded with the Waterspeed app and shared on the public Waterspeed leaderboard, updated every day. Each session is placed on the town it was recorded in.
Why is a session not on the map?
Some sessions are recorded on open water (for example "Atlantic Ocean") or without a town. They count in the totals but have no place on the map.
Can I see who rode and their tracks?
Yes, in Explore+ in the Waterspeed app or web app, after you sign in. Riders who hide from Explore are not shown there either.
