How to export a GPX or FIT file from COROS
Export any COROS activity as FIT, GPX, TCX or KML from the COROS app, or as FIT or TCX from Training Hub, and what to do with the file next.

In the COROS app, open the activity, tap the three dots (or the share arrow) and choose Export Data, then pick FIT, GPX, TCX or KML. On a computer, COROS Training Hub exports FIT or TCX and sends the file by email.

How do I export an activity from the COROS app?
- Open the COROS app on your phone and go to your activities.
- Tap the activity you want.
- Tap the three dots at the top right, or the share arrow, depending on your app version.
- Choose Export Data.
- Pick the format: FIT for the full recording, GPX for apps that only read tracks.
- Save the file or send it to yourself.
Can I export from COROS Training Hub on a computer?
Yes. Sign in at Training Hub, open the activity and use its export option. Training Hub offers FIT and TCX, and sends the file to your email address rather than downloading it straight away.

Pick FIT unless the app you are moving to does not read it.
How do I see my speed from a COROS file?
Drop the FIT or GPX file into the free GPX and FIT analyzer: it shows top speed, best 10 seconds, best 500 m and your track on a map. The file is read in your browser, not uploaded. To keep the session with full analysis (best speeds over set times and distances, tacks and gybes, comparison with past sessions), import it into the Waterspeed web app at go.waterspeedapp.com. Can I skip the export?
Yes. Connect COROS in Waterspeed’s settings and new water sport activities sync on their own. On iPhone, the COROS link is set up from the web app. See Waterspeed for COROS.

Why can’t I find Export Data?
Open the activity itself first; the export option is on the activity’s page, not in the list. If it is still missing, update the COROS app.
Does a GPX file from COROS keep heart rate?
Sometimes, but not reliably across apps. Export FIT if you want everything the watch recorded.
